Custom Restaurant Seating Solutions

For this Philadelphia, Pennsylvania installation, our team partnered with an authentic Mexican restaurant to create custom seating solutions designed specifically for the space. The project included single booths, double booths, and a custom U-shaped banquette, giving the restaurant a variety of seating configurations while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the dining area.

We also took customization a step further with the restaurant’s tabletops. Each tabletop was custom-made using Yakisugi, a traditional Japanese wood-finishing technique also commonly known as Shou Sugi Ban. The wood is carefully charred to enhance the natural grain and improve its durability and resistance to the elements.

After the wood was cooled and lightly sanded, our team applied a protective topcoat to achieve a high-gloss finish while helping protect the tabletops from everyday use.

This project combines a modern, modular approach with practical functionality. The custom gray angled banquette and green straight banquette feature built-in USB power ports, giving guests a convenient place to recharge their devices while they relax.
