As both our General Manager and Head Installer, Ron is the critical link between the shop and the office, making sure production, scheduling, and installation run seamlessly. He’s the person who bridges communication, ensuring what gets planned in the office translates into flawless execution on the shop floor and out in the field.
With more than 23 years at Soft Touch, Ron’s experience touches nearly every corner of the business. He began as a Spray Shop Manager, and over the years has worked his way into a role that gives him oversight of both day-to-day production and long-term customer needs. His ability to troubleshoot and keep projects on track is second nature, whether he’s coordinating a complex installation, checking the finishing details on a large booth order, or jumping in to solve problems. That practical know-how and steady leadership are part of why Soft Touch is able to deliver on time, project after project.
Before joining Soft Touch, Ron honed his hands-on skills at an auto body shop, learning the value of precision, patience, and craftsmanship. Those lessons carry through today, giving him a sharp eye for detail and a determination to make sure customers receive a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations. And when Ron is on site doing an install, you’re in good hands, especially if unforeseen problems arise. He’s been known to work miracles with seemingly little more than a paperclip and some tape!!
When he’s not making sure our furniture builds and installations meet the highest standards, Ron enjoys time outdoors with a fishing rod in hand. It’s his way to relax and recharge, though, truth be told, he brings the same patience, focus, and quiet determination to every Soft Touch project.
