Bryan oversees the daily operations of the upholstery department, making sure products are completed efficiently, on time, and to Soft Touch’s strict quality standards. From managing workflow and supervising staff to ensuring materials and tools are ready, Bryan keeps the shop running at the level of precision our customers rely on.
Bryan has been with Soft Touch for five years, but his history with upholstery stretches much longer. Indeed, he began here as an upholsterer himself, gaining firsthand experience in the craft before stepping into leadership. That hands-on knowledge gives him the ability to lead by example and understand exactly what it takes to get a job done right.
Before joining Soft Touch, Bryan had more than a decade of upholstery experience, starting as an apprentice and junior upholsterer and later advancing to supervisor positions in upholstery and woodworking. Those years of experience instilled both technical mastery and leadership skills, which now guide his work at Soft Touch. Customers benefit from his experience every time a booth, banquette, or custom piece is delivered looking exactly as promised.
Beyond his technical ability, Bryan’s strength lies in his ability to coordinate, not just within his team, but across departments. Upholstery often works hand-in-hand with woodworking, finishing, and assembly, and Bryan ensures those transitions happen smoothly. His steady leadership helps maintain the consistency and dependability that Soft Touch is known for.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys sports, golf, and spending time with his family. That balance of dedication on the job and relaxation at home makes him a grounded and effective leader, and a big part of why Soft Touch’s upholstery work continues to set the standard in the industry.
