Step 1 - We Talk and Learn

You contact us via our contact form or phone.

We’ll make sure we get the proper details, such as colors, styles, measurements of your space, etc.

We'll get you a detailed quote in
24-48 hours to review!

Your Project Begins

Your order goes to engineering for detailed shop drawings, which are then sent for your review.

Once approved, the clock on your project starts. Most orders are on an 8-10 week timetable. If required, this is also when we acquire any special/unique materials. 

We Build 

Our manufacturing facility is filled with the latest CNC machinery and experienced craftspeople, all coming together to bring your vision to life. 

Once fully built, our exhaustive quality control is front and center, carefully reviewing each detail.

Packing & shipping

Your order is then prepped and packed for shipment, loaded onto the truck, and away it goes!

But it can get even better. Most customers opt for our delivery and installation service. This means a dedicated Soft Touch truck and a team of our professional installers come to you - we deliver, unpack, and install everything. This is a true value-add service, allowing you to sit back and watch the magic happen!
